Beckham: MLS Is Better Than What People Think
While the quality of play in the MLS is better than people think, David Beckham said Friday that he believes the it will take time to catch up to some of the world's better leagues.
Beckham said that he is enjoying his first full season with the Los Angeles Galaxy, noting that he had a tough time adjusting last year after arriving in the middle of the season and having to battle an assortment of injuries.

Lol a couple nights ago me and my Dad was watching Under 19 Euro Cup it was Czech vs Italy I think. Anyway we were saying how it is not exciting, and as we figured out why it seemed to be they took no risks or anything, just trying to do everything correctly.
He said even watching the American soccer(MLS) was more exciting than this. They probably have quite a few skilled players who try tricks and flicks and long range shots, etc. So they must not be very boring to watch. I mean there are a number of American players playing in the premier Leagu, recently three of EPL goalkeepers were from USA. |
