I bought Roger Corder's book in December 2006, here in England.

His guidelines have helped me radically change my diet.

To me, this has been the most important, life changing book I have ever read.

Just what all the alcoholics need to hear is permission to drink because it will improve their health. Hope they do it at home because the roads will become even more unsafe than they are. The counties will need the revenue from the fines imposed to enlarge their police forces to catch all the DUI's and DWI's on the roads.

I have been on the red wine diet for 2 weeks and have lost 40 lbs, I buy the red wine by the box and usually finish the box off before lunch and then I pass out until the next day, when i wake up I go out and buy another box of wine to cure my hangover. What the hell is monkfish kabob, sounds like a catholic dish.

As my friend, an avid red wine consumer, says, "If a litlle is good, more is better."

Skeptical --- it's a GLASS of wine with dinner, not a BOTTLE!

Honestly Skeptical - get a life. Partying is fun and there are plenty of us who do it responsibly. They drink wine in church for goodness sake.

Drinking wine also gets rid of warts and pimples; not on you but on the people you're looking at.
