This can easily be prevented - outlaw sodomy !!!! Since most liberal lawmakers are homosexual (including of course the feminists), homosexuality is being heralded and rewarded. When one of their kind infects another - then it is the tax payers' fault. AIDS IS AN OCCUPATIONAL HAZZARD - clean up your act before the hazzard stings you.
