Back to school shoping is over-rated...
People who know how to shop find deals, the worst place to shop is the mall...

Also does it matter how good your child looks going to school if they bring home D's and F's?

Shop at consignment stores for back to school shopping. Many of them have name brand clothing (at least the one I shop at does), and you could buy a lot with $300.00. I kinda agree that back to school clothes shopping is over rated.

I shop based upon need. Back-to-School outfits are an oxymoron anyway, since it's often so warm at the start of the school year that most kids are still sporting summer gear. I don't stress myself out over some new outfit for the "first day"; I pick up Fall and Winter clothing throughout the Fall and Winter...and pick up great deals when the stores have dropped their prices after "bleeding" first day of school shoppers.

It doesn't matter when you go to abercrombie to buy clothes. whether its back to school or november. we dont have sales. we dont raise prices. sure there are more coats and sweaters which are obviously more expensive than the t-shirt from summer. And if you can afford it why not? Its a free country, let people shop wherever the hell they want whether its abercrombie or walmart.
